Bonjour! Pardon, je suis nouveau en Français, alors je vais parler Anglais, ok? 🙂
First of all, thank you for your projects, they are really cool. It’s a pity though that there’s no ready-to-use PPA for ADeskBar to install in Ubuntu, I think it might of use to a lot of people. Maybe post some info to « OMG! Ubuntu » site, and a lot of new users are guaranteed 🙂
One more thing: I installed the latest ADeskBar from Git in my Lubuntu 11.10 (making and installling *.deb package didn’t work fine because the priviledges on files and folders were all wrong), and I noticed that when starting adeskbar, it shown an error regarding missing file (/etc/xdg/menus/applications.menu): IndexError: list index out of range. It’s so because in Lubuntu in this directory there are only two files: lxde-applications.menu and lxlauncher-applications.menu. I guess it makes sense to make the application more independent..

ANd one more thing, there’s a very good project called DockBarX. It is available as a plugin for Gnome panel, AWN, etc, and combines application launchers with taskbar (as in Mac or Windows 7). It would be very nice to have it as a plugin to ADeskBar – it really helps to save screen space by not showing the same icon twice (in launch bar and in task bar).
La version 0.5.0 est parfaite avec ArchBang : super rapide à installer et à utiliser !

Je n’arrive pas à entrer en contact avec l’auteur (Zwopper)…

Quel beau boulot !
Du coup j’avais paramétré aux petits oignons MadBox 10.10, quand j’ai découvert la version 11.10 : je réinstalle tout (l’update à partir de la 10.10 a foiré), mais chapeau : c’est une superbe idée, la réactivité est excellente, déjà sur un PIV !
Un petit conseil S.V.P. : je vais installer une version « remastersysé » (je ne connais pas les commandes de création OEM d’Ubuntu) et je voudrais savoir comment verrouiller l’option « Quit » du clic droit sur la barre ? Voir rendre inopérant tout click droit, ce qui serait encore mieux…
